17-day easy returns

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2Damaged or wrong item

If a product arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, send a photo to WhatsApp 01797-506292 within 48 hours. We send a free replacement — no need to return the item first.

3Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, opened lipsticks, mascaras, kajal, sponges and perfumes cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.

4How to start a return

Call 01797-506292 or WhatsApp us with your order number. Our rider collects the product from your door — free inside Dhaka, ৳60 outside Dhaka.

5Refund timeline

bKash / Nagad refunds within 3 working days of pickup. Card refunds within 7–10 working days depending on your bank.
