7-day exchange
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Size exchanges are always free; colour or style exchanges carry the regular delivery fee.
Refunds
Faulty or wrong items are refunded in full including delivery. Refunds go back to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded by bKash or Nagad.
Not eligible
Altered or custom-tailored pieces, innerwear, jewellery for pierced ears, gift cards and items bought in the final clearance sale.
