In-stock pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, undamaged and with the original tags.
Free pickup inside Dhaka
We collect from your home. Outside Dhaka a ৳1,000 handling fee applies.
Damaged on arrival?
Tell the delivery team or WhatsApp a photo to 01797-506292 within 48 hours — we repair or replace free.
Refund timeline
bKash/Nagad within 3 working days after pickup; card and EMI refunds within 7–14 working days.
Not returnable
Made-to-order and custom-size pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
